MQL: Qualification of marketing leads

A Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) is a potential customer who is considered ready for the next step in the sales process based on their engagement and interest in a product or service. These leads have signalled through their behaviour, such as downloading content, filling out a form or interacting with online marketing campaigns, that they have a higher interest in the company's offering. Identifying MQLs allows startups to focus their sales efforts, increase lead conversion efficiency and ultimately optimise revenue generation.
