Another successful InnoPartner event
How can AI and high-tech innovations help to overcome the shortage of skilled labour? This question was the focus of an exciting networking event that took place at the Pioneer manufactory Bad Schönborn took place. For an entire evening, various perspectives were presented that can lead to possible solutions to the problem of the "skills shortage" and how start-ups can help.
The participants not only had the opportunity to listen to examples of best practice, but also to actively participate in the discussion themselves. These included inspiring contributions from Johann Soder, Managing Director of SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co. KG, and Oliver Zattler, Managing Director of CCI Fördertechnik GmbH.
At the end of the evening, eight start-ups presented their solutions in an exciting one-minute pitch. 
The start-ups, Flux MES, Psychological AI, HD Vision Systems, incontext.technology, SFM Systems, Leanbyte, ApptiveGrid, WÖRK and symovo, showed a wide range of innovative approaches from digitalisation platforms and recruitment platforms to personal AI headhunters. This diversity provided plenty of material for further lively discussions.
