However, the question now arose as to the <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Scaling<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">availability<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">And here k<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">on<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">aucobo<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> into play...<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The use <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">from aucobos inte<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ligente<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Shop floor organisation solution <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">enables <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">it<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> WITTENSTEIN to make communication and processes in production more efficient and increase productivity.<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Thanks to the device-independence of the aucobo software, production employees can now send messages directly to the right people on the move.<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">In addition, data is collected that serves as the basis for new optimisation approaches.<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Thanks to digital fault management <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">become<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Disruptive factors identified and communicated more quickly, error costs and therefore manufacturing costs<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> become<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> reduced.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">With the aucobo system, cycle times can be almost halved and production times can be minimised.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">efficiency (OEE) can be increased by up to one percentage point.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5 Innovation <\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Hacks<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> from aucobo and WITTENSTEIN<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This project demonstrates the enormous potential offered by collaboration between industrial companies and start-ups<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. M<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">it <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">this <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5 innovation hacks<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">were<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> WITTENSTEIN and aucobo<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> so successful.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">1. create bridging functions<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">With the <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Digitalisation<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> centre, WITTENSTEIN SE has <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Central interface <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">between all <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">divisions <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">created.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Central digitalisation management<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> makes it possible to realise projects<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and initiatives and at the same time <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">not lose sight of the big picture.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">2. short cycles<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> set<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Shortest possible time periods <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">for prototypes<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> or <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Sub-projects work<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> have a positive effect on the <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Motivation and <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Productivity <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">of those involved. Through d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">he setting of milestones <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">can also be <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Progress<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">simpler<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Recognise<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">en. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nevertheless<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> should <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Periods <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">always <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">be chosen realistically.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">3. continuous<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Obtain feedback<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">During the realisation of the<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Fault management tools were the <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Production employees at WITTENSTEIN <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">especially in focus<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">us.<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">As end users, their acceptance was crucial to the success of the project<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The solution must solve their pain points and in particular <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">simple and <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">be easy to use<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For this reason <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">end users should<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">always <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">be involved in the digitalisation process right from the start<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">4. openness<\/span><\/b> <b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">preserve<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">aucobos<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Software was <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">originally<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">for<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> the use on<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Smartwa<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">t<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ches<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> developed<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">With the <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Project <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">with WITTENSTEIN <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">turned out <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">however <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">found out that the use of a smartphone<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Users on the shop floor <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">m<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">more benefits.<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">It is therefore worth keeping an eye on other possible solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5. tell success stories<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Digital transformation is a long journey and every successfully completed project is another step forward<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tue<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">individual successes<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">offer <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Inspiration for further <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Projects<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">motivate the employees<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and generate <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">so<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> in a certain way <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Innovation Momentum. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This works<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">t<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> but only if the success stories are also told.
