Das Modell hilft Unternehmen und Startups dabei, die aktuelle Marktposition eines Produkts besser einzusch\u00e4tzen und passende Entscheidungen zu Marketing, Preisgestaltung, Vertrieb und Weiterentwicklung zu treffen.<\/p>\n
