This shortage affects various industries and professional fields and is often caused by a combination of demographic changes, technological change and specific labour market conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">On 14 November 2023, the <a href=\"https:\/\/pionier-manufaktur.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pioneer manufactory Bad Sch\u00f6nborn <\/a><\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">a networking event organised by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.innopartner-kraichgau.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">InnoPartner<\/a><\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0which focussed on innovative high-tech solutions to tackle precisely this problem.
